Stephen was a successful commodities broker on the New York Mercantile Exchange before his transition into real estate development. His experience with fast-paced, high-volume trades paralleled perfectly with the skill set needed to navigate Denver’s competitive real estate market. Between managing the Tuck Development team, client relationships, architects, engineers, Denver planning department and an extensive subcontractor base + $20 million in construction happening concurrently; there is no better fit than Stephen to manage all of the relationships necessary to get every last project to the finish line. Elise is an award-winning Realtor® and in the top 1.5% of agents in the country. Elise is also responsible for the majority of the interior designs in the Tuck Development portfolio.
