Stephen was a successful commodities broker on the New York Mercantile Exchange before his transition into real estate development. His experience with fast-paced, high-volume trades paralleled perfectly with the skill set needed to navigate Denver’s competitive real estate market. Between managing acquisitions of properties in less than two weeks, investors, surveyors, architects, engineers, the Denver Planning Department, subcontractors, and over $15 million in construction happening concurrently; there is no better fit than Stephen to manage all of the relationships necessary to get every last project to the finish line.
